Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service offered by rm1asia. By accessing the platform, you agree to be legally bound by the provisions set out below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which rm1asia holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and rm1asia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rm1asia.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features made available through the Platform.
By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Important: These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or above. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. rm1asia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement has not been met. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multi-accounting is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances forfeited, and winnings voided without prior notice.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your MyKad or passport, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. rm1asia makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use outside of the jurisdictions in which it operates, and expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
rm1asia is required to maintain robust identity verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As a Player, you agree to submit the following documentation upon request:
Withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay the processing of withdrawals until all compliance requirements are fulfilled. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may have their accounts restricted or permanently closed.
The Platform currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All fiat transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM1 for e-wallet methods and RM30 for FPX / online banking transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable limits are displayed on the Cashier page and are subject to change. No maximum deposit limit applies to fully verified accounts.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the finance team and are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes to four (4) hours for e-wallet methods and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC clearance. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. rm1asia does not guarantee a specific processing time and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transactions are denominated in MYR. rm1asia does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges, for which rm1asia accepts no liability. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to applicable network fees, which are borne by the Player.
In the event that a deposit cannot be credited to a Player's Account due to a technical failure or payment processing error, the Company will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue. Players experiencing deposit failures should contact support via live chat with proof of the transaction.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: Funds deposited with rm1asia must originate from payment instruments legally registered in the Player's own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited. Deposits suspected of being linked to money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be suspended immediately.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by rm1asia are subject to specific Terms and Conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements for certain high-value or tier-specific promotions may be higher, up to a maximum of 35x. The applicable wagering requirement will always be displayed prior to a Player opting into any promotion.
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo) typically contribute between 5% and 25%. Sports bets may contribute at varying rates depending on the odds and market type. Zero-contribution games include certain table games played at minimum stakes. Exact contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement will expire and be forfeited fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of issuance, unless a different expiry period is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Players are advised to check the expiry period of each bonus before accepting it.
rm1asia reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it is determined that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk ("arbitrage betting"), or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational gameplay.
All bets placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting product. By placing a bet, the Player confirms that they have read and understood the applicable game rules. rm1asia reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that was opened or priced incorrectly, or placed after an event's outcome has been determined ("late bets").
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game result, the decision of rm1asia's technical and compliance team shall be final and binding. Players wishing to raise a dispute must do so via the official support channels within forty-eight (48) hours of the relevant event's settlement.
rm1asia uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology across all slot and virtual casino games, audited periodically by independent third-party testing agencies. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and wheel spins under controlled studio conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Any violation of the above will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the Player's Account, forfeiture of all funds within the Account (including any withdrawals under review), and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of rm1asia or its licensed third-party game studio partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, scraped, modified, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of rm1asia.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm1asia, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from: platform downtime, technical failures, delayed payments, errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected, or any actions taken in accordance with these Terms.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory constraints, rm1asia's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rm1asia does not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruption, error, or virus. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
rm1asia collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Player data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of marketing communications (where separately consented to). rm1asia does not sell or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
rm1asia is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides Players with access to a suite of self-management tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion facilities. The Platform is intended exclusively for players aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or play. Any account found to be operated by an individual below the minimum age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
rm1asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC requirements within a specified timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or multi-accounting; regulatory requirements; or to protect the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and voided winnings) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days, subject to the completion of all outstanding compliance checks. Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support.
rm1asia reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rm1asia holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by the Company.
Notwithstanding the above, rm1asia reserves the right to apply for urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Players waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
